When you visit Beloit, you’ll quickly discover there’s a little bit of everything nearby, flavored by Wisconsin and the Midwest.
WELCOME TO CAMPUS
You can get here from there
Beloit benefits from a central location just north of the Wisconsin/Illinois border.
Madison, the state capital, is only a 45-minute drive. And we’re only about an hour and a half from Chicago and Milwaukee, making it easy toget here by car, bus, train, or plane.
The City of Beloit is booming
Whether you’re here totour campus— and maybe browse one of ourmuseums— or in town for theBeloit International Film Festival, you’ll find that our corner of Wisconsin has more to offer than cheese curds (of course we have those, too; they’re delicious).
Located at the intersection of the Rock River and Turtle Creek, Beloit’s hometown is an industrial city reborn. The downtown core near campus once housed a machine-parts foundry. Now it’s home to ourcenter for entrepreneurshipand thePowerhouse, a world-class student center/athletic facility we built in a decommissioned power plant. You’ll also find galleries, shops, riverside bike trails, tech start-ups, and anurban farmers marketnearby.
Our close connection with theCity of Beloitmeans students have access to more than its restaurants, theaters, and bookstores. They also benefit from community-based learning, includinginternships, job shadowing, andvolunteer opportunitiesin town.
Seeing our campus from afar
Though we are scheduling个人校园访问, we know most students will need to get to know us at a distance.
Let Beloiters show you our campus through a series of videos on ourVideo Tourpage. Or take advantage of ourvirtual visit options, including info sessions, one-on-one virtual counselor meetings, and individualized, real-time video walking tours.
